How to get to the village

By rail,
by bus, or

Bradford,
Keighley,
Skipton,
Lancashire,

Directions lead to the mini roundabout (Muffin Corner) in the centre of the village.

By rail;

The nearest mailine station to Oxenhope is Keighley (6 miles to the north). From here, either take a taxi or walk the 1/2 mile to the centre of town and catch a bus from the bus station or, if running, take a steam train on the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway (weekends and daily during school holidays).

By bus;

Oxenhope is served by buses mainly from Keighley (No663 No720). Services from here go to Bradford, Skipton, etc. There is a service from Hebden Bridge (No500), but not directly from Halifax (consider train to Bradford and bus from the Bradford Interchange).

National Express run two services a day to London from Keighley Bus Station.

* N.B. This leads to a narrow moorland road with difficult passing in places. During poor weather conditions or if driving a large vehicle, it is recommended that you continue through Laneshawbridge on the main road, eventually picking up signs to Keighley and following the directions above.
